Meet the Principal

Dear Seibert  Families,

My name is Bryan M. Gridiron and  I  am excited to welcome you to campus this year.  I feel both honored and privileged to be appointed as your principal and to work with our highly qualified and dedicated staff, our wonderful students, and all of the amazing parents and community members that make Seibert Elementary School a special place. 

Just a little about me. I have been in education for nineteen years as an aide, substitute teacher, K-6th grade teacher, Academic Coach, Dean of Students and Vice Principal.  I am a former student at Seibert, so I know and understand what a jewel of a place it is. 

Our focus will be to foster the desire for lifelong learning in our students, to support students’ social-emotional health while providing a safe learning environment, and to connect with our families. .  Also, to focus on learning, we will continue to meet the diverse needs of our students through the use of strategies that help students access the curriculum, lessons where students are actively involved in the learning, and targeted small group instruction. To support our students’ social-emotional health, we will deepen the implementation of Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) to help our students have a successful year.

One of the greatest characteristics of our Seibert Raider family is the genuine care and compassion shared between staff, students, and families. Seibert Elementary is a place where staff and families come together to equip all of our students with the skills and mindset to thrive and then take on the world.
